phdteam Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and phdteam ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). Access to and use of phdteam — including all betting, gaming, promotional, and account services available at https://phdteam.best — is subject to your full acceptance of these Terms.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This applies to all users regardless of the device or method used to access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any phdteam app.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and phdteam.

2 Eligibility

To register and use phdteam, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gaming in the Philippines requires players to be 21 or older. This is a hard limit — no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted under local law.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by phdteam or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information — particularly regarding age — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming on phdteam, you are required to complete our registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. phdteam will use this information to verify your identity and comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one active phdteam account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — whether using the same or different personal details — both accounts may be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings generated from such bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with anyone. phdteam will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@phdteam.best.

3.3 KYC Verification

phdteam is required by law to verify member identities before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (SSS, PhilSys, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits & Payments

phdteam accepts deposits via Philippine-local payment channels only. We currently support the following methods:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay or PESONet)
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. phdteam does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

phdteam reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits. This is a legal requirement under Philippine AML regulations and is not intended to inconvenience genuine players.

5 Withdrawals

phdteam is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and fairly. Here is how the process works:

5.1 Processing Times

• GCash / Maya / GrabPay: Typically credited within the same business day, subject to KYC completion.
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer: InstaPay within the same day; PESONet on the next banking day.
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank direct: 1–2 banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before your withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Your account must not be under review or subject to a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been fulfilled.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• You must have met the minimum playthrough requirement on any bonus funds before withdrawing winnings derived from those bonuses.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phdteam regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and special promotions tied to Filipino occasions and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified members only. You must complete KYC before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Each bonus offer has a stated wagering requirement (WR) — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x). This means you must place bets totalling that multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., baccarat, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• phdteam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotion mechanics — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.

7 Betting Rules

phdteam offers betting across multiple sports and gaming categories including basketball, esports, MMA, live casino, jackpot slots, card games, and bingo. Each category has specific rules that apply to how bets are placed, settled, and cancelled. These category-specific rules are published on the relevant game or sport page.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. phdteam does not accept cancellations after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error.
• In the event of a clearly displayed incorrect odd due to a technical error, phdteam reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member's account.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (where live betting is not available for that event) will be voided and the stake refunded.
• phdteam reserves the right to set maximum stake limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, ONE Championship, tournament organisers). For esports events, the result declared by the official tournament operator is final. phdteam does not accept appeals based on unofficial results, player statements, or social media announcements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phdteam. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support@phdteam.best immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using phdteam for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phdteam staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.

9 Responsible Gaming

phdteam takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Betting limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can wager per session or per day.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing phdteam.
• Reality checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing your session time and net win/loss.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

phdteam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, phdteam will communicate the reason within 5 business days. If the investigation concludes no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, any remaining balance after deducting voided bonus winnings and investigation costs may be returned at phdteam's discretion.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@phdteam.best. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

11 Limitation of Liability

phdteam provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors, or delays — particularly during periods of high traffic, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control (such as internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions).

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, phdteam shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gaming outcomes due to platform downtime or errors.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account where phdteam's security systems were not at fault.

Nothing in these Terms limits phdteam's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Privacy & Data

phdteam collects and processes member personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

In summary, your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, personalise your experience, and comply with our legal obligations. phdteam does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phdteam reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through at least one of the following channels: email notification to your registered address, in-platform announcement, or a prominent notice on the phdteam homepage.

If you continue to use phdteam after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account before the change takes effect without penalty.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of phdteam that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first at support@phdteam.best. Most complaints are resolved within 24–48 hours. For formal complaints, please provide your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots or documentation.

phdteam will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
